Ensure Potential Candidates will be a "fit"
First, our sales team meets with each client to gather their position requirements. To ensure that potential candidates will be a "fit", we go beyond just gathering required skills information. Time spent up-front on understanding our clients projects, work environment, and special needs is time and money saved later in the process.
INTRODUCTORY INTERVIEWS
All candidates receive an introductory interview from a Technical Recruiter where a standard set of closed-end questions is asked to verify resume information, technical skill sets, and determine communications/interpersonal skills. Candidates passing the initial screening are then passed to a Lead Technical Recruiter for an in-depth technical interview.
TECHNICAL INTERVIEW
The Genusys Group performs an extensive technical interview on candidates to determine their level of proficiency in each of their stated technical skills as well as determine their level of experience with development methodologies, analysis, design, and construction of systems
CLIENT INTERVIEW
Only the top candidates, passing all of the screening steps described above are scheduled for an interview with our clients. On average, The Genusys Group successfully fills a position with one of the first three candidates we present to our clients for interviewing. Our up-front work with our clients, extensive candidate screening, and our quality technical recruiters, ensure that we save our customers time and money by reducing the number of interviews required to successfully fill each position.
